I was really annoyed that the minibar was completely empty! it only had biscuits and some drinks. i checked in so late because my flight was delayed. the reception said the kitchen was closed. It didn't satisfy my hunger at all. i expected more options after such a long day. it's frustrating!

the breakfast had a huge selection of food there was tea coffee cooked items breads spreads cakes fruits and veggies. the staff did their best to. public transport was convenient outside the city center yet within walking distance.
the minibar was empty. i had problems with the central heating it did not work for the first 2 days. the sink was clogged.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The tram station is very close, made getting around easy. Parking was available for larger cars, and the staff directed me to a supervised spot just a short walk from the hotel. I found the breakfast selection excellent, with many options to choose from, and the staff spoke excellent English.
I arrived late due to a flight delay and could not get a proper meal. The minibar only had snacks.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices with high-quality ingredients. There is also a one star Michelin restaurant, which offers a very interesting menu with various options, but I didn't try it.

The hotel provides free parking, especially for larger vehicles with advance notice. The proximity to tram, metro, and bus stations eliminates the need to use a car during the stay in the city. The room was clean and warm.

I was disappointed that the central heating did not work for the first two days. It was quite cold. also, the sink was clogged . the minibar was empty upon arrival. It lacked essential items i expected.
